Gosh it’s hard to plan a wedding today.  I mean with the economy as tough as it is, my budget got slashed in half.  How has your budget fared?  I mean I am not complaining as I still have a budget and my Dad still has a good job and my fiance and I are both employed so we can afford to still get married which is the really important thing.  But what a bummer that my Dad feels compelled to keep it modest.  “Keep it Simple” he keeps telling me.

Well my fiance and I pitching in to cover some expenses but overall it’s still not nearly as much money to spend and my sister had two years ago.  Anyway in my desire to get my dream wedding on a dime, I found inexpensive wedding favors over at EyeCandyGift.com which has saved me quite a bit.  By organizing everything into price categories, I was able to just look at the things I could afford.  Very cool.  Now I just need to find a way to get that Vera Wang dress at a discount as well!
