It was about a century ago whenever water fuel technology first begin to emerge. People discovered that they were able to break water down into its initial components of hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen can easily be used for fuel and then re-integrated into the water cell. This provided clean burning fuel that did not produce any noxious fumes. As a matter of fact, the only thing that was produced by burning water for fuel is water. Eventually, the world may have to move over to this type of technology but for now, they seem to be happy using gasoline.
