Have you ever wondered who have designed and scheduled those fuel economy stickers that are stuck on your car’s window? It is the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which tests all the car models and provides their gas mileage values. The EPA gas mileage helps the consumer to compare the cars and have a better knowledge about their car’s performance in terms of mileage. The EPA is a Government organization which has a certain set of tests and guidelines through which it determines the mileage rating of a car. The gas mileage ratings of the EPA acts as a tool for the consumer’s to know the car ratings based on their fuel economy.
