I think that I have owned a piece of real estate in every city that I have lived in since I was in college. When I went to college instead of renting every day from a slum landlord I decided to invest my hard earned money into a property of my own and then let fellow students rent from me. Maybe I was a bit of an entrepreneur then, but it has carried through into my adult years. Not only just owning where I live but there are other benefits to fractional real estate as well. Some people may think it is on the cutting edge, but I think of it as making great money.
