I had a car accident last week and the guy who drove into me had no insurance and I believe was over the legal drink driving limit. The police are dealing with him at the moment but I am considering taking legal action and have spoke to a few local law firms and solicitors on what options may be available to me. I was surprised at the range of issues that some of my local law firms will consider giving free legal advice for, these include accident claims, employment law, Probate, will writing, unfair dismissal and conveyancing when moving home.
