My wife and I have worked at the same company for a few years now, and I love it.  Sometimes she gets a little ahead of me, but it really only motivates me to work harder.  Recently though, she was asked to come into our boss’s office because he wanted to reward her for something.  She had pitched the idea of hiring an SEO expert to boost our online awareness a few weeks ago, and apparently it was one of the best ideas he had ever heard. She told me when we got home that she was getting a 25 percent raise.
