I wonder if home refinancing is right for me. I haven’t had my mortgage loan for very long, but I know that does not matter sometimes. I do not want to cash in on the equity in my home. If that were the case, I may have a problem. I simply want to try to lower my monthly mortgage payment. Therefore, I shouldn’t have a problem. I would like to take out another loan to pay off my existing mortgage. That will reduce my monthly payment and save me a lot of money in interest over the life of the loan, since the interest rates are now lower than they were when I originally purchased my home.
