Did you know that in 2005, Minnesota lowered the legal limit for drinking?  Unfortunately, I did not know that and got caught just over the limit.  It seems the minnesota dui limit changed from .10 to .08.  It doesn’t matter what the legal number is, the bottom line is that I should not have been driving that night.  I thought I could get home safe since I was so close but I was sadly mistaken.  I wrapped my car around a tree and will spend the rest of the month in the hospital! Not exactly how I wanted to spend my Christmas vacation.
