Ron Pollack is an extraordinary character whose accomplishments I felt needed to be publicized.  I noticed him on several other profile sites as well,through a continued search of his impressive accomplishments on FaceBook and HubPages. 

Following his graduation from Yale, Ron Pollack then graduated from Harvard, followed by a stint in Real Estate (a family tradition) before moving on.  He has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish, specializing in Hedge Funds.  It was his skill at Short-Selling which kept drawing him back to the market during his rise to success.  This man recognizes that a strong work ethic and perseverance are beneficial in any industry.  He is a well- rounded individual who holds not only educaton and work experience in high esteem, but also reflects the value of a social conscience thru his association with many charitable foundations. 

I was extremely impressed while learning about his leadership roles with some really terrific organizations like the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center, to name a few.  Some of these projects provided deeply needed medical assistance for our selfless Hero’s of September 11th.  Truly heartwarming these touching stories are of these Hero’s who are finally able to sleep a whole night through and rid them selves of that horrid “9/11” cough that hundreds suffer from.  It is good to know that even a busy, well-known man like Ron Pollack makes time and effort to spearhead charitable foundations.
