The Last Move At least that’s what I hope to call this move. We were moving from Clayton, North Carolina to Boulder, Colorado. We wanted to be closer to my parents in Denver. We didn’t make a lot of money, but wanted to buy a home. Our real estate agent found us a new neighborhood with five homes within our budget range. We couldn’t believe it. Our Realtor took care of all the hard work and pretty soon our mortgage was squared away. We ended up moving to Louisville, which was 15 minutes from Boulder, but it was one of the best financial transactions I’ve ever experienced.
