My wife and I met back in 1973 at a birthday party for our friend Paul. It was a fun party where I played pin the tail on the donkey for the very first time in my life. The three of us met up last week at another party, one with adults. Paul told my wife and I that he has been getting into the financial markets these days. He is also looking to buy a short sale foreclosure that he had found on the Internet. Paul has always had a good eye for real estate and I guess he always will.
