This is what it takes to make money with ebay

It is generally accepted that eBay is the company that created the phenomenon of online auction sites. Similar to the way Qtips have become a generic name for cotton swabs, the eBay name has gained global recognition and transcended from a name to an icon. eBay is widely recognized for maintaining auctions and products for sale including antiques, hard to find books and prints, electronic games and virtually every other type of desired item. The antiques and collectibles are highly desirable because they are no longer in production, were produced in limited numbers or have become a public fad. Because of the easy access and global use, there are a voluminous number of retailers, private sellers, wholesales and every day people all posting new and used merchandise for sale and auction. This creates substantial competition such that to gain attention and make the sale it is important to determine which items to list. This choice is the result of the seller looking at what similar items if any are posted, how long the auctions related to the items lasted and the prices obtained.  This is what it takes to make money with ebay.
