Correcting My Terrible Smile

Every single time that I smile I hope that nobody is looking at me.  And every time that somebody says smile, let me see some teeth, I want to smile even less.  Ever since I was a young I was ashamed to smile because of the excessive crowding that is going on inside of my mouth.  As the years have gone on it’s only gotten worse.  It’s even gotten to the point where I need to have some major work done if I am going to fix this.  The dentists are saying I need dental implants if I really want to get a permanent solution.
