Dr. Oz’s 30 day detox

Dr. Oz’s 30 day detox diet suggests you to take only juices & salads for three days. It is almost a liquid diet. But unlike the other liquid diets it does not starve you or make you weak. Dr. Oz explains that sticking on to the liquid diet only for three days is more than enough to cleanse the colon. It refreshes the internal system of the body and helps you lose an inch or two around the belly. It is indeed helpful in regaining the lost stamina and immunity. It flushes away all the toxins & fecal matter stored in the intestines. In this diet you should take acai berry diet and drinks like Dr. Oz’s detox drink. Further during these three days it is advisable to quit smoking, drinking alcohol and reduce on your tea & coffee.
