To start off with, stretch marks are an occurrence that tends to affect both men and women alike. Confidence is the ability to be sure of yourself no matter where you are or who you meet; stretch marks are stealers of this envied trait as they make people who have them feel very insecure. When stretch marks occur as a result of rapid weight gain, what happens is that the tissue beneath the skin buckles under the weight of excess weight and is stretched beyond its limit; thus, it breaks, resulting in microscopic bleeding and swelling that cause stretch marks. An option for stretch marks is the use of anti-stretch mark creams that contain Alpha Hydrox Acid (AHDs)… these are acids that are gotten from plant extracts and are good for the maintenance of a smooth and blemish-free skin.
