Getting Down To My Old Self
I have become very lazy over the past few years, and I am now to the point where I really need to lose weight. I have been joking about the little extra on my stomach, but it is starting to get out of hand lately. I no longer just have a little extra cushion, I have another stomach attached to me. I have a few ideas that I hope will help with the workout process. I am first going to stop eating all the junk I have been feeding myself, and am going to start working out on a regular basis.
