My friend one day told me how to lose weight really fast and get back into shape after all the binge drinking during the holiday season! All I had to do was watch what I was eating and eat in moderate portions rather than having a lot of food at one go. She also suggested that I should have small small meals during the day rather than having just three proper meals. This would ensure that I am full most of the time and that I don’t overeat during lunch or dinner. This tip really helped me lose weight really fast and before the new term began at college, I was able to get back into my old pair of jeans! And I thought I would never fit back into it again!
