Is Fat Loss really for Idiots?

Losing weight is a challenging task, one that many people struggle with and feel they just cannot accomplish. It isn’t always the individual often times it’s the method they’re trying to use to accomplish the goal. I’m going to briefly give a fat loss for idiots review, this is a program designed for anyone of any age, shape, or gender to use and lose weight effectively. If you’ve been struggling with the different diets and techniques you’ve been using then this will be worth the read.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a web based program that more or less tells you what to eat, for 5 small meals a day, over an 11 day period. The website states you’ll lose 9 pounds in 11 days following their program, although I don’t think a lot of people reach that level of fat loss. You continue using their program for multiple 11 day cycles with 2 day breaks in between. Over the two day breaks you are allowed to binge on what ever you want. Just be sure to follow their rules to weight loss and meals exactly as described when you’re following the program.
