I’ve quit a million times! How many times have you heard this? My best bud at work and I would meet at outside at the smokers table, and he would say this all the time. Well, guess what? He quit. I asked him what his trick was. He told me his wife got him some of those stop smoking products because they were going on a long trip, and his wife didn’t smoke. Although he had smoked for twenty years, he was able to kick the habit. His encouragement to me is to use this method because it worked for him. He also said he cares about me enough to say so!
