Overview of Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle: Review
I am getting down to the last of the research for a paper on weight loss and weight management. It’s a huge field of information and mostly it’s poorly done. There are a lot of effective commercials but not much else that I can find. I did come across an e-book for something called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle review. There were several reviews of the book and they were presented as unbiased.
The author of the book is very fit physically. He has experimented over the years with differing types of food plans and has systematically gathered data regarding his successes, failures. This information was collected over a 14 year period of time. He drew some conclusions related to his experiences and the following is an outline of what you can find in his e-book.

* Body Types and how to successfully meet your needs.
* Cardio Training.
* Weight Training.
* Differences between food, liquids and a genuine meal plan.
The most important part of this book is the attention it pays to the individual make-up of each person. He takes the time to address such things as motivation, commitment, psychological needs etc… His approach is based on a combination of existing knowledge. This is not about secretive information. It’s about intelligent application of knowledge to each person’s benefit.
