The best advice for sleeping peacefully

One of the best sleeping tips I’ve ever been given, was to make sure that when you settle down to sleep you put all your worries behind you for the day.  If you have trouble sleeping you’re more than aware of how your mind races when you settle down to sleep, the distractions of day-to-day life are absent when you settle down in your quiet bedroom at night’s sleep, so your brain has much less to process and sets about worrying about things you have on your mind instead.  It is essential therefore, that you at least agree to put your worries aside until the next morning, the best time to sort your worries is not last thing at night as you try to sleep, make a firm resolution in the morning that you will seek a resolution to the problem, but for now you can just get some sleep.
