There are many products available in the Market who claims that they can reduce your weight up to 25 pounds in 3 weeks or something. I am simply fed up of these stupid belts and useless powders! For weight loss , it is simply the best idea to maintain good eating habits and to be spiritually satisfies and happy. Instead of joining gym, join yoga class or dance class which can maintain your fitness levels as well as your happiness. Also you must avoid the junk food stuff as much as possible as they harm your body by increasing the cholesterol levels.
