First of all you should check the speed of your door’s opening and closing and make sure that motor is operating at a moderate speed. Secondly you should also check balance of your door and this can be checked by placing a flat piece of wood under closing area of your door. If your door touches that piece and returns in opposite direction, balance is intact otherwise the balance is disturbed and you need to call in some professional.
