There are many products that have changed in looks as well as in how they operate over the years.  Looking at a kitchen of today will have many people wondering how they did without certain things like electronic can openers and toasters in the past.  The restaurant kitchens of today have also changed with many other products such as walk in freezers, economy size dishwashers and Kitchrics digital food scale.
