Have you ever had such a positive experience that you want to tell everyone else about it?  My business is based in Manhattan Beach, and I happened upon a nearby furniture store named Laurels Fine Furniture one day (maybe I was reading an ad in the Daily Breeze or LA Times).  Anyway, my wife and I visited because we live pretty close to the Manhattan Beach area and ended up buying some furniture through Laurels Furniture.  Info:

We had a major issue with some kids furniture that we bought, but they took such good care of us and repaired the furniture so well (free of charge!), that we are now indebted.  In fact, now my mother-in-law who lives in WA orders furniture from this Manhattan Beach area furniture store.
