Not Just Physical Fitness

Have you ever given any thought to garden gyms and studios for recreation or relaxation? It can be hard to feel encouraged to get on that boring-looking treadmill or stationary bike stashed in the corner of your spare room. Instead, how would you like to work out in a garden gym, separated from the drudgery of household responsibilities and motivated by the revitalizing qualities of nature? You could even have a hot tub installed for some post-workout relaxation. Or, use the building as a studio for privacy and peace to practice art or meditation, improving the health of your mind and spirit.
