Realizations When Looking For Real Estate

When I was looking for real estate, I learned very quickly which questions were the most important to ask in each location. You see, I was trying to decide whether to buy Pine Mountain Club real estate or San Diego real estate, since I had job offers near both locations. So, I got together with my Realtor and started asking questions. In Pine Mountain Club, I needed to ask about monthly heating costs and the propensity for wild animals to come into the community. In San Diego, I needed to ask whether or not I would need an air conditioner and how often bikini-clad women would walk through my back yard. Ah, yes; things were looking good in San Diego… until I saw the asking price for each piece of property there. So, after asking whether or not I would have to sell my kidney or my liver first in order to afford San Diego real estate, I went with Pine Mountain Club.
