Charles was arrested at work yesterday and the officers took him downtown. He was told that he was being booked for the breaking and entering of a home last week. He claimed he didn’t do it, but was put in jail and given his phone call to get an attorney. He found a good criminal defense attorney in Queens and was preparing his case to be sure he was found innocent and released as soon as possible. He was released on bail and eventually had his case dismissed because the real criminal was caught.
