Something I hear on talk shows all the time is that guys should not bother to care about their body image at all because love should not be shallow. I think that’s just about some of the worst dating tips for men. Men who can find the time to exercise generally have more control over their lives and deep inside, women know this too. Remember: You have to be able to love your own body before girls can love it too. Carrying two hundred pounds of excessive fat on your body isn’t going to help you. It’s just going to send a pretty clear message to the ladies that you’re a lazy slob. Besides, having a lean, healthy body can do wonders to your confidence. Exercise can make you healthier and you will be able to enjoy the ladies longer. Most important of all, working out at the gym releases the natural testosterone you need to be a strong, masculine man.
