Psychology is one of those subjects that can really suck you in. There is nothing greater than learning why someone acts a particular way. A lot of the techniques are easily deployed and there is not a large risk of harming the patient. Modern technology makes most much more patiently-friendly. With covert hypnosis, for example, the patient believes that you are just engaging them in general conversation. The patient answers a series of basic questions that perfect strangers may exchange. Within minutes, the questions are deeper and the true purpose of the meeting surfaces. I am wondering how all of this was even developed.
