Science, to me, was one of the most interesting subjects in high school. I remember our teacher showing us some great things that just opened my mind and curiosity up. We made rootbear in school using rootbear extract, sugar, and dry ice! The dry ice was what gave us the carbonation and it made the cup smoke which was an added bonus. We often take things for granted and don’t stop to think how they came to be, but science fair projects are often designed to show people just that. As an entry into a science fair, you pick a concept and use research and building of a project to learn and share creatively with others how things work.
