For the person who has already attained the ability and the satisfaction of being in the medical profession, it is possible for that person to get surgical technology training.  The surgical team is now using the newest technology possible and it is a level of expertise requiring new skills.  The training that the doctors will receive will give them the experience to do the kinds of surgeries that were manually done in the past.  With all of the advancements in surgical skills it is amazing what can now be done simply and easily in the operating room.  The training will bring the profession up to a higher level.
