What a winter it was when we went for the first snowboarding trip of the season. I was a little nervous on this trip since most of the people I was with were experts on the most extreme slopes. There we were, all of us with our burton snowboards in hand, overlooking the steepest mountain I had ever been on. I kept thinking to myself ways of how I could get out of going down that slope. I new I could get down, at the least, but what would I look like on the way is what I was really worried about. All I wanted to do was look as professional as the other boarders I was with, and then I was on my way down the slope.
