How much time does turbulence training take?

Most people do not exercise these days because of a time issue. They are so busy running around with the kids and working their 8 to 15 hours a day that there just seems to be no time to think about exercise. With turbulence training, you would need 45 minutes set aside only three times a week in order to do this program. That could be in the morning, noon, or at night. The first five minutes consist of a warm up that must be done. The next 20 minutes consists of some strength training exercises and then that is followed by 15-20 minutes of interval training.
