Martial Arts and Archery

While I had always been interested in archery I was not prepared for the archery I was introduced to at the Martial Arts Indianapolis dojo.  It was here that I learned Kyduo or the way of the bow.   I was place about seven feet from the target and thought that my goal was to learn to hit the target.  The more I got into it the more I realized that it was much more than that.  I was becoming one with the bow, arrow and target.  I learned to experience the act of shooting rather than just being a shooter.

That feeling with the bow is unlike anything. Great to have posted this.
