Anytime I am going to remove something from my computer, I get a little nervous about removing too much, or removing the wrong items. When I use my software, anytime something bad is found in the registry, I am prompted by the software to do a backup. This is something that I might forget to do on my own and it is a very necessary step to take. The reason it is a good idea to do the backup is in case the cleaning of the registry causes any problems on the computer. If the registry has been backed up, it can be restored and the problem can be fixed.
