Something that’s becoming more and more popular is something called the Water4Gas system, which claims that it can increase your fuel efficiency by quite a bit.  The thing about Water4Gas is that you’re not really running your car entirely on water.  Instead you’re using electrolysis to remove hydrogen gas and adding that to your car’s air intake to help improve combustion.

Recent Water4Gas reviews have been published about this new technology, but the jury is still out on whether or not it works.  I’m not sure myself, but I’ve been reading up on the technology and since it seems so widespread I’m tempted to think that there might actually be something to it.
