Answering the phone, I could hear someone laughing hysterically in the background. After a few moments, I recognized the voice as my sister, Jennifer. She told me how her boyfriend, Bruce, was talking on his mobile phone while sitting in the bath. He was so upset at the person to whom he was talking to that he dropped the phone into the water. When they went to replace the phone Jennifer began to explain to the customer service representative what had happened. The representative was very understanding and helped them quickly and efficiently. Apparently, this type of accident happens more than most people realise.
