I recently purchased a new printer and was dismayed to find out that the cartridge that came with it was defective. The company promised that they would send me a new one, but that it would not come in the mail for nearly three weeks. I took matters into my own hands, and found a website that carries cheap ink cartridges. I placed an order and it got to the office within days. I mailed the company that I bought the printer from, and let them know that I was greatly displeased with their customer service. They apologized and sent me more ink.
