There are many things to understand about the operation of a computer and how to take care of it.  You don’t think the things you do are very important but when it comes to taking care of the computer and making it possible for the system to continue running throughout its life, it is important to do the things that will make it last longer.  When you schedule hibernation, shut down and restart events you are giving the computer a needed time to close down all of the programs that may be running so that they will restart again, allowing each of the systems to reboot.
